Funds Transfer

Most merchants transfer funds directly on their own website.  There will be a page located on their site, which prompts you for your Account ID and Secure ID as well as the amount you wish to transfer.  Enter this information to transfer funds to or from your account at the merchant's site. If you are transferring funds to a Click2Pay merchant and the funds are not appearing in your account on their site but have been removed from your Click2Pay account please contact Click2Pay Customer Service. If you are transferring funds from a Click2Pay merchant to your account and the funds are not appearing in your account, please contact the merchant site.

PLEASE NOTE:

Some merchants offer the ability to make instaCASH deposits off of their own websites.  If this option is available the site will ask for the last 4 digits of your bank account.  This will make an instaCASH deposit through your bank account to that website, and will not affect any balance already in your Click2Pay account.

Advantages for members

The company enables customers (members) to deposit, withdraw and transfer funds to any merchant that supports Click2Pay online payments. Click2Pay's electronic wallet provides an "instant in" and "instant out" transfer of funds. This "instant in" aspect is known as Click2Pay's Instacash 1 and 2 product.
